Aquaberry started with a simple observation. On farm after farm, the same pattern showed up: experienced operators making good decisions on readings that arrived too late, because monitoring was manual, occasional, or simply too expensive for a working farm to justify.

So instead of selling hardware, we install the kit ourselves and get paid from the yield we help produce. That keeps us on the farm and on the hook. If the numbers do not improve, we do not earn. It is a straightforward arrangement, and it means the first question we answer is always: does this work on your site?

We are veteran-founded and engineering-led. The team has spent years building monitoring and control systems that have to keep working unattended in demanding environments, held to a defence-grade security mindset. We bring the same discipline to a wet, salty and unforgiving place: your farm.
