About these terms
This website is operated by Aquaberry Corporate, a business of Crystal Globe Pty Ltd, ACN 635 620 343, registered in Victoria, Australia at 356 Bell Street, Preston VIC 3072. By using this site you accept these terms.
Information on this site
We describe what our systems do in general terms so you can decide whether a conversation is worth having. Nothing on this site is a quotation, an offer or a promise of a particular farming result. Results depend on your site, your species, your water and your management.
Pilots and partnerships
Every pilot and partnership is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the baseline, the commercial terms, the equipment, the monitoring period and each party's responsibilities. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.
Deposits and refunds
A pilot begins with a refundable deposit of about $500, which covers the hardware installed on your pilot tank. If you decide not to continue once the pilot has finished, the deposit is refunded in full after our equipment is collected, and you owe us nothing for the installation labour or the monitoring service. If you continue on a partnership model, the deposit is applied to your first invoices rather than refunded. Nothing else is payable to start a pilot.
Requests you send us
When you send a pilot request, please give us accurate information about your farm so we can respond properly. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Equipment and ownership
Sensors, smart feeders and control units supplied by us remain our property during the pilot. We install, maintain and remove them. If you convert to a partnership, ownership of the installed hardware transfers to the farm on the terms set out in that agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
