Aquaberry Corporate is a business of Crystal Globe Pty Ltd, ACN 635 620 343, a proprietary company registered in Victoria, Australia, at 356 Bell Street, Preston VIC 3072. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Aquaberry Corporate.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our pilot request form or send us by email. That is usually your farm name, the species you farm, your location, your name, email address, phone number and anything you tell us about your operation.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a pilot or partnership proposal, and keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send you unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Your request is stored in a private database only our team can read, and a notification is emailed to our team inbox. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your enquiry.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It records general traffic information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It does not identify you personally to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then we delete them.

Your choices
